* WHERE...Southeast Wyoming wind-prone areas including Interstate 80 near the Summit and South Laramie Range Foothills.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers.
