* COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Northwest SD...Harding. In Southeast MT...Carter...Fallon.
* WIND TODAY: Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.
* COLD FRONT: Arrives Wednesday morning, shifting winds from the southwest to northwest. Northwest winds 10 to 20 mph gusting to 30 mph behind the front.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 percent today. A poor recovery tonight, then minimums of 15 to 20 percent Wednesday.
* TEMPERATURES: Mid to upper 70s today, and lower to mid 70s Wednesday.
